CHALLENGE
Goal: Provide to user with the opportunity to order complex polygraph products as he prints them at home. Create an interface for MVP.

Using the gathered information during the research stage, I identified potential user groups and crafted six distinct personas who require our product. Additionally, I delved into understanding their specific user journeys and analyzed existing interactions from business and user perspectives, (based on the client's blueprint).
To better understand our users and address concerns about the ease of ordering print production, we conducted in-depth user interviews with 14 individuals. These interviews helped us uncover common pain points, such as unclear terminology and difficulties with file uploads, while also identifying positive aspects like customization options. Armed with these insights, we refined our design, resulting in a more user-friendly platform.
Following design adjustments informed by user interviews, we conducted four rounds of testing with the same participants. Their feedback highlighted significant improvements, reinforcing the value of the initial interviews. This iterative process, from interviews to testing, underscored the pivotal role of user-centric principles in creating a successful design solution.
