CHALLENGE
As a designer, my challenge was to make healthcare appointments accessible to everyone, no matter where they live, using the Helsi.me app. I had to create a design that was easy to use and made sense to everyone. And all this while keeping the app familiar to its current users.
WHAT DID I DO
  • Conducted a kick-off meeting and interviewed stakeholders to align with the project's goals and business context.

I delved into understanding the audience's needs and the context of the business to determine the best course of action. This involved defining research goals, questions, and methodologies for data gathering and insights. Based on research findings, I formulated job stories for doctors and patients, which served as a foundation for creating a comprehensive brief and guiding the design process.
Based on research insights and job stories I created a brief and job stories, started bring ideas through the created user flow and wireframes. About 18 user tests were carried out, after 18th user tests, I noticed that we reached the point of success
A crucial metric of success was the adaptation rate, measured by the number of patients booking a second consultation with a doctor. After one month of implementation, the CRM data revealed an impressive adaptation rate of 60% among current patients.

The project's success relied on extensive research, iterative testing, and the collaboration of the team to create a user-friendly and efficient medical appointment module.
